The merchandise is a wonderful variety of goods. The floor staff, could use customer service training. One associate was a Snob. She told us what we were looking for were all over the tables. No Thanks to her, we found what we needed. The cashiers were great. Those ladies should be on the floor. I'm sure they would've been more helpful.

I am a big fan of Crate and Barrel. Particularly I love Towson Crate and Barrel store, because the stuff is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much Susan for helping us with the order and making our experience the best! I also would like to thank Nick who helped over the phone and resolved our issue.

This crate and barrel is close to my home, so we come here sometimes. My husband and I registered here when we got married. We also bought a sofa that we love! We plan on buying more furniture from here (furniture is expensive). They remembered us when we came back to test the couch the third time. We just bought a second sectional since we are moving soon. I recommend this location because it is a large store, the workers are nice and it is convenient.

They usually have good stuff and my mom is well known when goes there but sometimes the sales associates follow us around like we're going to steal and it's makes us very uncomfortable. My mother spends a lot of money in that store for them to treat us that way. I will find another crate and barrel to shop at without them discriminating against us.

The customer service at the Towson Crate&Barrel is outstanding.  Every time I have gone into the store, I am greeted by a friendly associate who is not pushy, but always available when I need help.  The employees here are kind and helpful...I love that this is the closest store to me because it's a great experience every time!
