Lots of great deals to be had at this place! Customer service is also top-notch. You advice you are responsible for your own delivery, or you can use some of their sponsor of independent contractors who are also fabulous, I use Mr. Foster. He’s the best! The selection is ever-changing, and of course inventory is limited but the deals you find actually worth the hunt! Don’t be afraid to call and ask the store if specific pieces have arrived, just make sure you’re in a position to jump on them if the answer is yes! Lastly, one thing that you’ll appreciate about the items is that unlike other outlet stores, which have a tendency to mass produce items specifically for their discounted final destinations, you’ll notice that every single piece in the store is a piece that was or currently still is featured on the full priced website itself! Again this is a great place to visit if you’re looking for C&B at a discounted price… Or if you’re looking to be introduced to the brand and don’t want to spend a fortune. The majority of pieces here are Custom made and return items that are in fantastic condition. Every now and then you find a piece that needs a little TLC, but the price is reflective and with a little elbow grease you can really get a deal

I wanted to love it because who doesn't love a good discount. However, I felt like the variety was lacking - lots of seasonal stuff and throw pillows. In the furniture department they have tons of great sofa options but the other stuff was quite dinged. I was told the truck delivers on Friday, so the best selection is on Saturday. The staff was friendly & it was super organized

Great deals on Crate and Barrel furniture and goods for the house! Be sure to inspect each piece closely before you buy though. Many pieces have small imperfections (hence the discount) but those tend to be fairly inconspicuous. Inventory changes constantly, so there's always new things to check out!

They have the best staff in the store. All very friendly and super helpful when needed. Their sale is amazing specially for the big furniture pieces. highly recommend.

Great place for furnishings and home decor. Crate and barrel has good quality and this place offers the best of C&B with big discounts. Great staff too.
