I came while some of the flavors I chose were still baking. The staff here constantly checked in with me and made sure I wasn’t forgotten or anything like that. Everyone was super nice and the cookies are great!!! They are really delicious and I can see why the competition feels threatened!
I am so excited they opened a crave in American fork! I love this location. The employees are so friendly and make me feel so welcome every time I come. Also, crave is the perfect name for this store. I really do crave their cookies! Shout out to the cute employees I watched make a big deal out of a 10 year old customers birthday. They sang to her and made a huge fuss over her. They went above and beyond, it was fun to see!
These cookies are so amazing! Soft and delicious! The flavors are fun and exciting without being gimmicky. We love the better than XXX cookie and the loaded PB Nutella! My family loves them all and we can't wait to try more!
I ordered 4 cookies online and they were delivered through Door Dash. Arrived a little earlier than expected which was great. But 2 of the cookies were missing when I opened the box... And it looked like they had been in there to begin with as the parchment paper was stained. Not sure what happened but I called the store and explained that I didn't get 2 of my 4 ordered cookies. The woman who helped me was STELLAR! She took down my order details and personally brought me the cookies, including the two flavors that hadn't been missing. That's definitely above and beyond to me. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
This crave is so nice and clean and the staff is awesome!! I absolutely love there cookies they really can not be beat. They remind me of my moms homemade cookies. I would recommend this location over and over again.

Wow wow WOW. Definitely the best cookie shop around. Very friendly employees and the owners were kind as well. I love how open the kitchen is. The menu is easy to understand and they have a lot of amazing flavors. For opening day they gave out free chocolate chip cookies. I couldn't even take a picture of it because it was too delicious. It was the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had and I LOVE cookies. It was doughy, soft, and just so delicious. It was fresh from the oven. I could tell they use high quality ingredients.They also sell sodas! I cannot wait to come back-soon!
We ordered 100 cookies for an office Holiday party, and Crave American Fork was amazing to work with! They were quick to respond, and cookies were ready as ordered when we picked them up. They were very popular! Delicious cookies and great service!
First time trying crave cookies, I was sadly very disappointed. We purchased the Twix, biscoff, original chocolate chip, and the pistachio one. All of them were undercooked. We actually spit out the pistachio one, it was extremely salty. The Twix one was the only one eatable. It was just “ok”. It was hard to eat simply because it fell apart when picked up. The biscoff was way too sweet, and was also undercooked. The only reason we gave the one star rating is for the box. We liked the colors. Other than that I will not be visiting Crave again. Sorry, but in order to be in the cookie wars, you will have to drastically improve!
Amazing cookies and the best service! You need to try their Dutch apple pie cookie and the pecan one!
