My family and I enjoy eating at this spot. We usually order stew chicken, rice and peas, and sweet fried plantains which is delicious. However, we've also tried their fried whiting, beef patties and other delicious items from their menu. Additionally, a few months prior, I ordered trays of food to be delivered to my home for a small get together I was having. My guests loved the food! I had very little time to prepare for my get together and having Jamaican Cravin accessible to my needs saved me time and a peace of mind! My night was a success!

Updated Review: this morning I was contacted by Peter on behalf of himself and his wife-owners of Cravin Restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised that Peter had read my review about an isolated incident with one of his employees. Not only was Peter apologetic but he explained how the situation should have been handled by his employee and the steps he took to make sure it wouldn't happen again. To express his sincerity, Peter showed up at my door at exactly 12pm with not only complimentary lunch for me but for my boss as well. I was impressed to say the least. As is expected, lunch was absolutely delicious. Thank you Peter for letting me know that my opinion matters and that my business is appreciated. Cravin is the epitome of what great customer service should be. I would give you 10 stars if I could. :-)

I must say I was surprise to see a Jamaican restaurant in ossining as the area population are predominantly Mexican but was happy to see a west Indian restaurant there during my short stay. Food is great and staff are friendly including the owner. Must say the price is affordable. Sadly to say I had to leave as holiday came to an end. Keep up the good work people. Love from West London

Excellent dining experience. The food is simply amazing. Hats off to the cook/s. The food has that "authentic home carribbean " taste. You feel like you're eating at home, instead of eating at a restaurant. The staff is friendly & helpful. It's always a pleasure dining in, or ordering food to go.

Clean and colorful little restaurant with delicious food. I like to go there with my daughter and grandson. Proportions are generous; staff is professional and the prices are reasonable.
