Mom and Pop owners Heath and Christi Chase specialize in traditional favorites made from scratch with tasty twists. Using only the best ingredients, breakfast includes favorites like our SoCal Omelette, the Belgian Waffle, homemade Corned Beef Hash, Breakfast Burritos and our famous Buttermilk Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. At lunch, enjoy our fresh selection of soup, salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers and more. Try a bowl of Heath's Tomato Basil Soup, our generous California Club sandwich, a healthy Spinach Salad or our signature Chorizo Burger, to name just a few. Check in often for specials!

We stopped in here on a whim. Really glad we did. Clean, friendly, charming. Indoor and outdoor seating. The grounds are lovely, with a creek running through! Full breakfast and lunch menu. The food was very good. This place has personality. Tasty burgers, sandwiches, omelettes, the slaw is excellent. This is my new go-to for Chester. There is a bookstore attached! Definitely worth checking out.

This place is a gem. Lovely fresh salads and sandwiches. Quality ingredients and friendly staff with a great vibe. Lovely veranda with a little shaded creek bubbling by as you eat.

Cute, high quality food, but personal experience was below expectation.

I don't like onions, but if you do I am sure this place would be great for you.  We order the items and ask for no onions, waitress even confirmed that the shrimp po- boy would be plain with only shrimp for my kid.  Once I received the food, no of it was as described (mainly because of tons of red, green and white onions, even in the Ruben).  Server was pretty much confused about the conversation we had, even though she came back to confirm and said we should order differently next time.

Everything was cooked well, and the place is kept clean, nicely decorated.  If you do not have an unnatural aversion to onions like we do, your experience could be good.

Great food. Have eaten lunch here twice. Cheese sandwich with goat cheese and tomato soup with basil. Yum! Service a little slow but very friendly.

Let's start by saying the atmosphere's is absolutely amazing with a quaint  little book store attached to it.with the cutties dog ever. Extremely friendly customer service very nice friendly staff and more then will to accommodate special diets.
