Extremely nice and knowledgeable doctor. However, the front desk staff are cold and the facilities are very outdated. (Example: they are not computerized, so medical records had to be faxed and I had a hard time getting them to send my insurance documentation for reimbursement.) Having said that, they are the only 'non emergency' vet in the area with weekday evening hours that do not require an appointment, which is greatly appreciated in semi-emergency situations. Overall, a few customer-facing improvements would go a long way, but I still very much trust my pet with the medical staff.

Our family has used the Doctors Baum for nearly 40 years. They are wonderful people who truely care  about your animals.  I just can't imagine going anywhere else.  I hope they are always there...which is possible now that  Dr Josh (Gary's son, Alan's nephew) joined the practice.

I've been seeing the vets at Crawford for about 9 years. I rent you moved to Smithtown (1 hr away) but I still drive ny poochies there when they need their shots and are sick. The Vets are so compassionate and really care about your animals.

Drs are family that truly care about you and your pet. Prices are reasonable, and they do all they can to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible.

MY DOG WOULD NOT BE ALIVE TODAY IF IT WEREN'T FOR THESE DOCTORS.  THEY ARE LOVING AND COMPASSIONATE AND DO THIS BECAUSE THEY LOVE ANIMALS.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
