The manger is initially nice. But slow fix things allowed me to move in before apt had proper make ready. Live 2 month before someone even came check the bad smell in apartment. Foundation shifting door want close. Tubs resurfaced in aug 2017 and peeling in 9 2017. And if don't take pictures or writing yourself. Want get do. Hope inspection will help nice ppl as neighbors and clean outside. Thats it big spacious apt homes need major upgrades inside.

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would. Very unorganized. They are Rude especially lil Ms Nancy in the font office she does not know how to talk to clients. And they manager is no better. Nice looking apartments thought. They never open up on time. It's says their leasing hours is form 8:30-5:30 and he'll im standing outside now at 10:05am and been knocking since 9:30. It's aweful the way they treat their tenants. You would think you was a beggar the way they be acting. I'm moving because after 3 years they give me form to vacate because housing authority wouldn't approve their 2nd rental increase within 30 days of the first approval. They put families in tough situations.

I am very dissapointed because I am always on time paying my rent I some times pay it early and the times I ask for assistance they do not help me... I have been without AC for two days because there is a leak on the AC and i have gone and complaint about it and they have not fixed it yet

I lived there with my family and the experience there was awful. They are rude and never fixes things on time. They will evict you in a second and don't care about your situation. And will cheat you out of money. Don't ever move there!!!

WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE WHOLE APPLICATION FEE AND PUTTING SOME WHAT OFF THE DEPOSIT DOWN SO THEY CAN HOLD THE APT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY 2BEDROOM WAS RANGING FROM $731-$800 ISH . THEY SAID THAT THE APPROVAL WOULD TAKE 5 BUSINESS DAYS THEY CALLED BEFORE WHICH WAS GOOD AND I WENT UP THERE I WAITED ABOUT 10MINS FOR THEM TO COME OUT FROM THE BACK OFFICE WHILE THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL LIVES AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS APPROVE AND THEN SAID THAT THE PRICES HAD GONE UP THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $900 FOR A 2 BEDROOM APT I TOLD THEM THAT WAS OKAY. WENT TO WORK TO FIND OUT THEY CALLED MY HR AND ASKED HER TO CHANGE MY PAY SO IT SHOWS THAT I GET PAID LESS SO THEY COULD TRY TO APPROVE ME FOR HOUSING AND THAT I WAS OKAY WITH THAT PROCESS.... OF COURSE I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO... SO I CALLED THEM BACK TO TELL THEM NO I DIDNT WANT THE APT. THEY SAID THAT THE APPLICATION FEE AND THE DEPOSIT WAS NO REFUNDABLE........ IF THEY ARE WILLING TO DO THAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT WHAT OTHER SHADY THINGS ARE THEY WILLING TO DO???
