I highly recommend Crawlspace Doctor of Marion County. When I purchased my house, I met with three different crawlspace contractors. I selected Crawlspace Doctor to put in a "well" and new sealed door at the entrance to try to resolve the water issue. Unfortunately, the problem was more extensive. Two weeks ago, they added a dehumidifier, sump pit and drainage. THE NASTY SMELL IS GONE!! My house no longer smells like grandma's stinky basement. Thank you Crawlspace Doctor!

We had a fantastic experience with the Crawlspace Doctors. They were fast and did an awesome job, very easy to schedule and work with. They were super friendly too.

Matt and his team did an excellent job encapsulating my crawlspace, installing a sump pump, adding new insulation, and enlarging/securing the access door. They went above and beyond, reattaching loose ductwork and removing old debris from the space. Their work shows professionalism and knowledge of their field. I would be confident recommending them to a friend or family member, and I am confident knowing that they guarantee their work.
