If I could give this club less than one star I would. We thought we were moving to Cookeville and I was excited about joining this club and did so the first week we were there. There were many promises made of what services would be provided to me but they really were not followed through with. I was told they were meal plans, I was told I would receive assistance with food choices and developing a weight-loss program. I paid an annual membership fee on my first visit and received a tour of the facility during which time I was told I would be shown how to use this machine and that machine. Well, very little of that actually happened. I attended a total of two workout classe, one each week, because I was only there in Cookeville couple of days a week while my husband was testing out a potential job opportunity. I had a very difficult time getting through to people there for help. I would leave messages that were not returned and ended up having to resort to contacting people on Facebook. After about five weeks my husband decided the job opportunity was not going to work out and we were not going to move to Cookeville after all. After we got back home which is three hours from Cookeville I contacted them and asked them for a refund of my membership. It never occurred to me that they would question giving me a refund since I used so little of their services and was living three hours from them . Imagine my shock when I discovered they did not want to issue me a refund and pointed to a clause in their contract that said that decision has to be made within three days! After several attempts to contact them and no response from their company I attempted to dispute the charge to my credit card company however the club refused to give back the money. They totally ignored a separate provision in the contract not dependent of the first one that allows for a refund any unused membership if a member moves more than 30 miles from the club. The owner presents herself as a Christian who cares deeply about every single one of her clients. Well, I certainly did not experience that. To date I have not received a refund and have resorted now to soliciting advice from our attorney who says I am indeed, according to the contractural agreement, entitled to a refund. What next step I will have to take to get back my money I'm not sure. My advice to you is be very wary of joining this club. I know there are number of people who have had good experiences but of course you very really hear from those who don't. This is the first time I have ever posted a Google review and it is the worst experience with a fitness club I have ever had.

It's a GREAT place to workout and get fit...The staff is awesome...i love this place.

Been with CB for 13 months- down almost 60 lbs, and love every minute of it. The community is awesome, and the plan is so doable.. tailored to fit everyone! Thanks for this vision, Crystal Tipton!
