Visited Hartley location 9/16. Ordered the hot link combo and another guest at our table ordered the drunken chicken. My hot links arrived cold and the drunken chicken arrived skinless and appeared to be several days old. It was so dry my friend could not eat it. It look like a baked potato.
.  We brought it to attention of the waitress. They said they could not do anything with regards to the chicken.  I asked for a replacement she said she cannot do that she took my hot links and said she would heat it up. After waiting  20 minutes my husband had to ask about my dinner. Waitress had forgotten about it and did not apologize. Actually when I asked about my meal she said she was not our waitress and walked away. I had asked for a box as the rest of the guests at my table we're done with their meals.I must admit that the manager did offer us a discount. I am dissatisfied satisfied with crazy Bob's. They were once very good in terms of service and food and they have gone down hill the past couple years.

Food was great as well as service. Would recommend as 5 star in our book.

Excellent BBQ with signature beans and sides. Full bar. Haven't seen anything to compare in northern Iowa. Some parking for large RV and trucks.
