Hello “WORLD” this place was saved in my Google Maps to go to but so sorry I have waited so long for this and NOT give them a 5-Star rating ! I paid almost $30 for NOT the meal that I expected !! NOPE didn’t wait long , but they gave the wrong meal tonight to the wrong, well maybe the right customer ‍!! NOPE I don’t get paid for this just tell “YOU” the truth ! YES!! I ordered the snow crab legs which should have tasted super fresh and not fishy but it did ‍‍‍! Trust me Shoprite does a much better job !! Just look for yourself and please be aware of the foods “YOU” are buying and what they are giving you, your family and friends too !! NOT SO COOL !!! NOPE I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THEM TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS and/or the WORLD !! YES!!! I am a seafood lover , NOPE NOT RIGHT ‍!!
Food was pretty good, I had the catfish, fries, and okra. The only complaint about the food was that I could not substitute okra for fries. The fish looks to possibly be fried in flour because it looks like chicken and was not the texture of fish fry corn meal. For the people that work there, they could stand to be a little more friendly.
First time eating from crazy crab and won't be the last. Was able to order online and set a future pick up time. I arrived about 10min after my pickup time, food was ready and still very much warm. My order was amazing, snow crab legs with eggs, potatoes, broccoli, corn in garlic butter seasoning. my daughter had snow crabs, eggs, potatoes, corn, sausage and shrimp in Cajun sauce. My husband had a fried plate of flounder with fries. All for under $100. Tip and extra items were included with that price.
new to town and wanted seafood. ordered a seafood boil along with fried scallops and 3pc fried whiting. scallops were ok, boil was ok-could’ve been seasoned better BUT the biggest was that my fish wasn’t fully cooked!! all 3 pieces had pink insides so I wasted my money and gas. won’t be back here
My husband and I spent over $100 at this place. We ordered two seafood boil. One was just shrimp and the other was snow crab legs and shrimp, both with crazy special sauce. The last two or three times we ordered, was very good. We thought they had the best seafood boil and sauce compared to others we went to. When we arrived home with our food, and started eating it, we noticed that it was difficult to get the shell off the shrimp. We was breaking part of the shrimp to get shell off. The sauce also was salty. We didn't finish our food nor did we want to save it for the next day, like we normally do. Not long after we ate both myself and my husband stomach got upset, also my stomach this morning too. We didn't call last night because it was closed. I called today to tell them. The first response I get is, what do you want us to do about it. I told them, we just wanted to let them know. Then the young lady came on phone that took our order yesterday said they never experienced anything like this before. I told her, I didn't want to leave a negative review and that I just wanted to give them a heads up. I said we not asking for the money back or for them to remake the food, we just wanted to let them know. We was still going to continue to go back there for our seafood boils. No one is perfect, I thought and we just leave it at that. Most restaurants want you to let them know before you leave a negative review and I did just that. Not long after I hung up with them, the young lady called back and said she talked to the manager and said I need to go to the doctor and get checked out and my husband because his stomach got upset too, because their seafood is fresh. My husband told her that was rude and insulting. Pretty much calling us liars. My husband didn't want to go back and forth with a 17 year old. After that comment, I decided to write a review and we will no longer go back there. We was going to give them another chance, but not after that statement. We didn't even ask for a refund or remake the food. We just want to give them a heads up. Never again.
Their fish does not taste real. It taste genetically modified. Their shrimps, crabs and clams are fine. Their fish platters are horrible.
This was my first time purchasing a seafood boil from them and it was delicious. Then I added a lobster tail and sausage to my bag once I got home. I love their Crazy Crab sauce, I wish they sold a bottle of that as well.
The seafood is tasty. The process are to bad. They're usually busy whenever we go. There's parking because it's located in a strip mall right off Rt. 130.Food: 4/5
I love this place! The best in the area! Have been there several times and never had a bad experience with the boils. Very fresh and the sauce is delicious!! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!
The food is good for the price but every time I order delivery, I have an entire item missing. Every time. Tonight it was the lemon pepper wings I got for myself since I can't eat seafood but my husband loves it. Now I don't have dinner. Oh I get my money back. Nice thanks grubhub. But the restaurant should make sure what's on the ticket goes with the driver!
