I love this gym. The people here are wonderful. I love that it's a member-owned co-op. It's a fun atmosphere, with great people, and good workouts. I definitely recommend it if you've been interested in trying crossfit.

This is my favorite gym. It is never boring! The coaches design workouts for members that can be adapted to any level. I gave it one month and was definitely hooked. Years later, I still enjoy every class. The coaches are knowledgeable and the workouts are varied. Crossfit has made be a better athlete and I feel healthier in daily life too.

This gym gives me the motivation I need to keep working out consistently. I've been running and biking for years and have done a few sprint triathlons but I would always get "out of the habit" of working out after a few months from boredom or laziness. I no longer have that issue since I've been with CCCF! The coaches and all my fellow workout buddies are amazing, it's definitely worth checking out!

I have been a member now for over a year and still enjoy the workouts. I usually get sick of the same thing after a year, but not here. The members and the varying workout keep me interested. Highly recommend!
