I hadn't been to the dentist for about 12 years! I had developed gum disease along with bone loss due to not having my teeth cleaned as well as not flossing! I started seeing a dentist in 2012 where I received a deep cleaning that was necessary but I still wasn't flossing and my gums were getting worse and the dentist seemed as if he didn't care and just kept taking my money! I then went to another dentist and was still not flossing and he said I needed a deep cleaning and mentioned laser surgery due to inflammation and pocketing! I wanted another opinion so I went to Creating Smiles to see Dr. Nguyen which when I arrived I received a very warm welcome! Dr. Nguyen said I needed a deep cleaning which was necessary due to persistent gum disease and not flossing! Dr. Nguyen also recommended a mouthwash due to inflammation and pocketing instead of recommending surgery! Not only was the mouthwash a less expensive option, it worked! So thanks to Dr. Nguyen my gums are healthy and I'm flossing! I also have to say that Dr. Nguyen is a very gentle and compassionate person! I would also like to point out the fact that the staff are very respectful! I now love going to the dentist!

I have not gone to the dentist for many years and was scared to, but I hated how my smile looked and my teeth hurt.  Dr.Nguyen was very knowledgeable and gentle.   She helped me get my mouth back to where I could eat cold foods without pain.  I am working to save now on getting my smile to be pretty, but I am so grateful to have found a place I can go to where I feel comfortable and everyone is really nice.  I highly recommend for any dental chickens to go here!

This office ROCKS!  I actually enjoy going to the dentist because I always feel welcome and comfortable at this office.  I have an HMO insurance plan and had to go to Coast Dental until I found Creating Smiles.  Dr.Nguyen and the entire team are top notch and they don't treat me like a number.  I didn't know I had gum disease and I have always gone to the dentist.  They measured my gums thoroughly and did readings off each tooth, which I never had done before. I was shocked when they showed me my xrays and I saw that my bone was receding.  My grandparents wears dentures and I don't want to ever gum my food.   I was really impressed that they took the time to explain to me what was going on with my mouth.  I had a deep cleaning done and my gums have never felt better.

Usually not a fan of the dentist, but this staff is awesome and helped me get over the ridiculous anxiety I once had.  Felt like I was at home because they treated me like family and not just a patient. 
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, willing to explain everything in great detail. 
The receptionist is friendly, entertaining, and extremely helpful. 
Im actually looking forward to my next check up.
