The arrangement was lovely, very close to the picture online. However, it did not arrive on the delivery date I requested. Instead, it was delivered the day I ordered it, which, luckily, wasn't a problem. Otherwise, online ordering was very easy.

The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the one I chose online. Completely different flowers and color of flowers. Why would I waste my time going through all the different arrangements and choosing one, if I didn't care what you sent out? My advice is to not advertise what you can't deliver. If you didn't have what I chose, you should have called me to discuss. Very disappointed to say the least!

Ordered arrangement two days prior to delivery (wasn't able to order any earlier). Flowers were being sent to a business. Flowers were not delivered until after 6pm and looked dead. The vase was not as shown on website. Horrible quality. Why would an order being sent to a place of business be delivered after 6pm?? Luckily, someone was still at work. Will be requesting a refund. 100% disappointed.  If I could give zero stars I would. I know addition, my daughter sent me a picture of the dirty ribbon that was on the vase. Wish I could post pictures so you all can see

CREATIONS BY LYNN IS A WONDERFUL FLORAL SHOP.!! LYNN PERSONALLY CALLED ME AFTER I LEFT A MESSAGE.... LYNN WAS VERY POLITE,CARING AND WANTED MY FLOWER ARRANGMENT TO BE JUST AS I WANTED.... I WILL ALWAYS USE CREATIONS BY LYNN!!! AWSOME SERVICE AND IAM SUPER SATISFIED!!!😀 THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Lynn WAS my florist of choice, however my nieces wedding,    I will never use her services again.   The arrangements were nothing like the arrangements that were ordered. The flowers wilted an hour into the reception.  Then she promised a refund and never came through.  She said that she was closing up shop.  She had a lot of bills to pay because her husband is  dying from cancer and her clients, like the Cleveland Clinic, weren't paying her for work she had done.  She is unprofessional and dishonest.
