I've been working with Lissa for a few months now on my wedding dress. She's also redoing my mother's veil and making me an adorable handbag with my mothers lace from her wedding dress. She's been a complete pleasure to work with! Planning a wedding can be quite stressful but some of my happiest moments and I'm sure they will become some of my best memories of wedding planning have been with Lissa at her lovely shop working on my dress! So happy to have had the pleasure to meet and work with Lissa!

I cannot even put into words how AMAZING Lissa is. Her creative and impeccable work is like no other. From the moment you walk into her shop, it's like walking into a Fairytale....where modern meets vintage, every Bride's dream! Her store is so unique and one of a kind. I highly recommend!!

Completely unprofessional. She altered our contact, overcharged me for my dress, and then threatened me. I ended up paying $740 for my dress. She harassed me in texts. Look for my yelp review for more information. Do not shop here!!

I called creations unlimited to find out the store hours and made an appointment to come in and try on dresses, when I got there the owner was so unbelievably rude, she was making fun of a girl that just left and complaining that the that just left tried on too many dresses and now she had to put them all back. She was so distracted and told me she would give me as much time as possible but that she was really busy and had to do alterations for an entire wedding party, which is why I made an appointment so she would have time. She also didn't want me looking at any dresses so I told her what I was looking for and she picked out 3 for me to try on. I went in the dressing room and she was being so rude talking to another lady that worked there saying how this is why she hated people looking at dressing and trying them on now the entire store is a mess and needs reorganizing. I was so disgusted with her rude attitude and lack of customer service that I didn't try anything on and I didn't say anything to her I just walked out. I would never go back there and I would never recommend that place, her bad attitude and the way she treats customers is going to put her out of business.

The employees are rude and I have never been treated so poorly. I listened to employees complain and make fun of other customers. Never again.
