We have been purchasing appliances from the Guelph store for all our Social Impact projects basement apartments. The staff are always friendly and are generous with their prices. This has a positive impact on our community and is a breath of fresh air. Thank you a thousand times over!
Fantastic experience purchasing a stove and range hood from Ali at Canadian Appliance Source in Guelph. He was very knowledgeable and honest and didn't try any unnecessary upselling. Both the purchase and the delivery were quick and painless processes. I decided after delivery to use their 3rd party for installation of the range hood and Ali was extremely quick to get back to me and very accommodating. Highly recommend going here as opposed to the bigger box stores - you will get far better service and pricing here.
Recently purchased an LG range and Bosch dishwasher from this location. CAS in general seem to have the most competitive pricing around; but some of their online promotions can be a bit deceiving. Online they'll list PC Optimum bonus points but only very rarely will that promotion apply to your order - It's location specific and you have to pay full listed price. Any sort of price reduction and any of those bonus offers do not apply. But with that said, Tamim did give us a fair deal on the appliances we were after. And he followed up very quickly with our inquiries and was courteous and attentive in getting us the appliances delivered quickly.
Ahmad Faizi was amazing to work with. He had great recommendations and was highly professional. He was prompt in calling and sending text messages when he said he would. We purchased a stove, fridge, washer, dryer and dishwasher and he gave us a great discount! Delivery was on time, I was kept up to speed during the whole entire process. Canadian Appliance source is a great, professional company!

We had a great experience shopping for our fridge at CAS! Thanks to Happy Patel. He is very knowledgeable in all makes & models. Found us exactly what we wanted at even less than we expected in a short amount of time.
We bought an induction stove from Ali at CAS. He was very easy to work with, patient at explaining all the different features on the stoves and helped make the decision easy for us. Easy to contact him and ask questions. As well, the delivery was very quick and efficient. Great delivery person as well! Won't hesitate to go back
Excellent service at the store. I was helped by Ahmad who was super nice and found me a great price on a washer. The delivery people were excellent. I honestly have not a single complaint!

We recently bought a fridge and dishwasher from Ali here. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. We told him we had a budget and weren't necessarily looking for both appliances unless they fit within it and he was understanding and didn't try to upsell us or push us. We got a great deal for both appliances.
