This whole office is great. The staff are all hyper-competent and caring, and they continously update their skills and equipment.  I have been a patient here for years, with and without dental insurance, and they have been endlessly compassionate and understanding of financial concerns in regards to treatment options. I cannot reccomend them enough. Every staff member is consistently friendly and very good at what they do. Absolutely one of the best things about Holly! And if I ever move, I'll just drive back for them.

I have had a huge fear of dentists since i was young. I have walked out of at least 3 dentist offices in the past, and have put off work on my teeth for years! With this being said i went to creatvie smiles and their team made my mouth peferct ! They comforted my fears and made it easy for me to sit in their chair and no have a panic attack! The dentist her self made my mouth peferct within the matter of three months !  With the amount  of issues i had going on it should of taken at least 6 months to a year too fix but because my insurance was going to be done by my birthday they made time for me almost every other day to get the work needed done! Im very pleased  and wont go anywhere else ! Currently looking for insucance that they accept so i can continue going back! Id highly recomend to anyone and everyone expeshly if you have a high fear of the dentist!!!♥♥♥♥much love to creative smiles In holly ! ♥♥♥

I've had so many bad experiences here and here I am sitting in their waiting g room because they just kicked me out of my daughters room for silently watching as they cleaned her teeth. The office is completely empty and they said only one parent is allowed so instead of us being able to spend 15 minutes together as a family I'm sitting in a waiting room for no apparent reason. Every time we've been here the staff is horribly rude and they were so rough with my cleaning myout was in pain and bleeding for days. This is the worst dentist i have ever been to, currently love my dentist in flushing. I should have taken the first 3 bad experiences as a hint..

I started as a patient at Creative Smiles when I was around 10 or 11 years old. They were my only dentist up until the age of 22. 

Work took me to DC and I have been hard pressed to find a dentist that measures up to Creative Smiles.

Every time I walked through their door I was met with smiling faces who knew my name, my parents and general facts about my life. 

I actually hate going to the dentist. I get nauseous and panicky and the staff at Creative Smiles even offers headphones (if you forget your own) to distract you through any procedure. Even a cleaning!

Small things like asking if I'm okay throughout a procedure and asking if I need a break, basically just showing emotion, is what makes this place so fantastic. They really do care about you. I seriously could go on and on about this place....

I even tried to schedule my trips home to line up with my regular cleanings. No such luck as Michigan is no longer my home.

Just visited Creative Smiles Dental Group and I absolutely love Dr. Kulongowski.  A friend of mine recommended her and I'm very glad he did.  Thanks for making me feel comfortable.  Even though there are plenty of dentist between my house and Creative Smiles, a 50 minute drive is definitely worth the visit.
