I was referred to here as a place that offered tax services. When walking in I was greeted from across the room asking if I was making a payment on loans. I expressed I only need help with a tax situation. I was told they were done doing taxes. Very rude to turn away customers seeking a service that you advertise because you only offer when it is convenient. Advertised it that way so customer needing this service do not waste their time driving to your​ business to be rudely turned away by unwillingly customer service representatives.
