It's a great institution.  Been with them for half a year now and have had no major complaints.

It's cheap to get in, $5 for a savings account, and free checking with direct deposit every month.

I do have an issue or two.  Nothing major.

#1. Their site constantly has problems.  I can't tell you the amount of times I attempt to check my account and get issues.  A good amount of time you cannot check your balance.

#2.  Sometimes things take a while to post to my account.  I don't know if this is how banks and credit unions all work, but it seems some transactions don't post for a day or two. 

#3.  This is more of a nitpick then anything, their cards they issue to members are a little on the small side.  Compared to a debit card they are a little narrower by 1mm or so.  

Anyway other than that I love this credit union.
