So far i have not had an issue with this bank and i have been a customer for 2 months. Some of the branches can be rude but now a days that's nothing new...
Really bad customer service. Would listen to me as the customer and kept talking over me. Did not get a check cashed that my dad has been a customer for probably 50 years since with sw bell credit union, then southwest and now you. I also have had a cd there for probably 15 years. Won't be there anymore!
Extremely dissatisfied with this bank. Only one bank opens up on Saturday till 11a.m. Clearly on the other side of town and the waiting line is horrible. Waited in line for nearly 1.5 hours, before I could get service.
Worse service of ever cashiers are so rude even do you’re doing business with your money, non friendly and not good customer service I don’t recommend this bank that all
DONT EVER DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS RATS they will tell you one thing from a representative then another thing from another one they will screw you with your money and Will not work with you what so ever Go with Golden Plains credit union in Garden city they will actually work with you

A rubbish bank, the tellers are rude, very rude, they serve you, they don't want to serve you, and they treat you with bad spirits. I don't recommend them. They are rubbish people I dealt with at that bank.
