Worst bank ever. Nobody seems to know what's going on with your money. When you call, they'll keep transferring you with nothing getting solved. Its been well over three weeks now and Im still trying to get an issue fixed. Definitely going there to close my accounts. Total time waste.

Worst customer service ever. My card has been hacked twice in less than four months. Called and spoke to three different reps and got three different stories regarding protection from the bank. It took more than 7 days to get a new card sent (thank goodness I wasn't out of town and needed my money asap). Had to make several trips to the actual bank to get my damn money. According to the tellers, this has been happening often with this credit union. I have since joined another bank as a precaution just in case. They seem to be way too nonchalant about issues regarding ppl money.  Not sure what's going on with this place as something is fishy here!

They deposit my check into a woman with the same last name and complete different first name account. Her excuse was I just saw the last name pop up, and deposited. So you didn't think to check to see who first name it was 🤔😑

Worst credit union. They have no sense of customer fraud protection. Staff in ewing are rude and unprofessional.
