I just called that company to try to settle a bill. The rude operator told me there were no settlement options available. I told her I contacted your company to settle not because you called me. I just spoke with another company to settle a bill and I figured I would call and do all. The operator told me they are not like other credit company's so no they will not settle. I think that's ridiculous and prevent people who want to pay something the option to do so. I think it's also not a great business decision because it stops them from making money. I would not like to be contacted by this company at all for no reason when the 7yrs are up offering a settlement option, when I tried today. Thank you for being so rude and not even trying to see what I was willing to pay. Worst company ever, Your lost.
