Story

Creek's Florist has been in business 57+ years. They specialize in bridal bouquets, attendants bouquets, and centerpieces just for that special day in your life. They offer a wide variety of candelabras and other rental equipment for alters and receptions. Eloise and Leland Ruch have owned and operated this family business since 1997. Prior to '97, Eloise has been in the wedding business for more than 15 years baking wedding cakes and catering weddings.


Creek's Florist is a founding member & serving Board Member of the Decatur Bridal Expo for 35+ yrs. Performances have included more than 50 Runway Models each year in our NY Style Fashion Show. Many years in a row there has been a choreographed NYC style Broadway Style Show. Often Creek's Florist has decorated the stages, showcased wedding ceremonial flowers, candelabras, kneeling benches, aisle cloths and provided many bridal party flowers & bouquets. Miss Decatur, Shawna Bonds, has carried several of Creek's Florist's bouquets as she modeled in our Bridal Expos.


Although we are best known locally in Central Illinois, through the years our flower arrangements have been seen in Chicago, St. Louis, Tulsa, Dallas, Houston, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas and Hawaii. We have also had many brides order their flowers from us for their destination weddings.

We also design flowers for birthdays, baby arrivals, proms & homecomings, get well soon, funeral and sympathy flowers, congrats, Thinking of You, parties and private functions, centerpieces, holiday bouquets and much more.
