Hot showers, lots of turtles and other wildlife spotted along the water. Turtles walking between the RVs in the evening.

We are off for our third visit in as many weeks. I would give five stars but I have no experience with RVing and nothing to compare too. Clean, quiet. I had one night with "rowdies" nearby and dealt with it myself, as I understand the owners are retired, and there is no need for me to wrangle them out of bed to fight my battles for me. And in any case, they weren't really that rowdy and very apologetic when I spoke to them. It's dead quiet by 11 pm. Diane is awesome and always sounds so pleased when we call to book. The regulars there are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and as fresh as one could expect for a public space. Pool is nice and warm and clean. Bring nets for the kids! Lots of fun wildlife to explore. There is a cute little ice cream counter at the entrance, a "take one, leave one library." And I love how close it is to town (Portage la Prairie). Easy to zip in and grab anything you might have forgotten. We were not charged anything extra for dumping. It was a full, upfront package, paid at check in.

Terrible service- pulled in with trailer after a long trip from Alberta, got out of trailer and a woman approached us saying this is private property and we were too close to the grass. We apologized although I'm not sure why as we did nothing wrong. Completely rude and unprofessional...we were going to stay and check in so how is that private property??? Wow just wow! Go elsewhere!!!! Go to Brymar outside Brandon! Amazing spot
