Very unprofessional!

The day I bought my Groupon I called Creekside Medical (no joke) 20 times before I was able to get through to someone. I didn't have a good feeling but I made an appt. anyways because I wasn't sure if I could get my money back on the Groupon. 
Two days before my appt. I called Creekside because I couldn't remember my appt. time. They had no appt. for me and actual no information on me at all. So the receptionist was able to squeeze me in.
The office was a little run down and dirty. 
I was given no information before my appt. like no taking aspirin no exercise    etc. 
Botox is not cheap Groupon or not and I wanted to be treated special pampered maybe. So I would never go back there.

I had IPL treatment of my face for sun spots by the laser nurse Kristie.  Kristie did a great job and really knows what she is doing. I had great results with my first treatment. I will definitely be returning for more treatments. Thank you Kristie for everything.

My husband and I have had an amazing experience at Creekside medical spa. The Laser nurse, Kristi, has performed IPL treatments on my skin and all my sun spots and age spots are gone! She is always so pleasant and goes the extra mile to help you. She also treats my husband, for laser tattoo removal he had already over ten treatments done and it was only about 40% gone. Since Kristi started doing his treatments, after only four more treatments it was completely gone! She is very knowledgeable and thorough with her treatments. She really cares about her patients and you can tell. I have also seen Autumn the Esthetician that works there. Kristi introduced me, explained to Autumn my skin concerns and the three of us came up with a treatment plan. I love how the three of us worked together. They are both very knowledgeable and amazing at their jobs! The Spa has had issues with the phones in the beginning, but now I always receive a call back within 24 hours. Kristi and Autumn are the best!  Thank you, Girls!

YOU'RE FIRED!!! DR. COOPER's office staff is horrible... EVERY single time I have called them, they instantly place you on "hold" when calling for long periods of time... NEVER do they return calls left on thier voice mail... Kerry from the billing department is simply rude, when it comes to clarification of my bill (I've been charged $395.00 for 2 in network office visits, each about 10 minutes long), clearly im being charged "by the word"... Dr. Cooper himself seems fairly knowledgeable, if a bit long winded... currently looking for a new doctor who doesn't rip off his patients.

I go to Creekside Medical Spa for tattoo removal. The staff is amazing, they explain every detail and are there for any questions i may have for before or after care. I have been to one other facility before for a previous laser tattoo removal and after coming here i will never go back.
