I absolutely love this place! So happy they opened one in Dadeland. The owner, Matt is so nice and has created such a comfortable environment with amazing food and drinks. Great study space too!

I ordered the prosciutto sandwich and it came with arugula balsamic vinager white mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes on a baguette. The place was enough to share amongst two people and their coffee was great I ordered the cappuccino. My friend ordered a jasmine tea and wow ! I was not expecting it to be so good ! He also ordered the salmon sandwich which is more of a bang for your buck then the salmon bagel. It came with arugula capers cream cheese and smoked salmon on a baguette and it was very fresh and tasty! Would recommend and consider going back

Second time here. Poor quality food doesn't  justify high prices. Previous visit was mediocre but figured a second chance might prove otherwise. Unfortunately not. Over medium eggs were borderline over easy, baguette had to be multiple days old. Requested fresh bread. They provided the same multiple days old baguette heated up. $14 for pancake breakfast which just includes pancakes --- nothing else. If you're going to charge these high prices, the quality must be top notch. It's not. Unlikely to return or recommend unless it's just for coffee because it's conveniently located to home. They have a location on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. I visited once last year and was served coffee with a spoon which had a gob of food on it which obviously somebody else had used. Makes you wonder about management's ability or lack thereof to run this business.

I've been to different crema branches over 50 times, I love it! The WORST experience ever was here. The staff members who interacted with me were so rude. I had the most unbelievable response ever!  I ordered orange juice as I usually do every time I visit crema, the first one was with ice and an insect, so I returned it and asked to have another one without ice. She was very rude and gave me 3/4 portion! I went again and asked them: is this how you usually serve the orange juice? Please fix this and I'm sitting there. She called the manager/supervisor to my table the rude one, without an apology, without a smile, she just said: what is the problem? I told her I believe it's not right to serve it like that! She said: this is how we serve it. I told her but I've been to different branches never had it like that! She insisted that this is their portion. I said but I never got it like that. Then she said: ok I'll give you full glass but just to let you know this is how we serve it! One of the weirdest responses as there is no single restaurant or cafe in the world would ever serve less than full glass of any juice!!!!!! Extremely unpleasant visit and definitely will never visit this branch again.  *The portion was exactly as shown on the photo when was served for the first time!

Used to frequent Pasión Del Cielo which was in this location. Crema is similar, yet to tell if will enjoy it as much. Coffee was nice but not as many international choices. Sandwiches were excellent. Perfect for a quick bite and caffeine kick!Food: 5/5

Nice but I waited for my juices and my food for to long, I hope it’s a better experience next ! I like the spot.

I’ve been waiting so long for Crema to open here but unfortunately my expectations were too high..I’m a very regular customer in the Gables but for some reason both locations have an issue with it being very warm inside and I was very disappointed to see the new one by Dadeland closes @ 5pm..It makes no common sense during the Holiday season and being next to a major mall for shopping to close that early  not too mention that a lot people like to go study or do paperwork in the early evening..Also it wouldn’t be as warm inside @ that time

Good experience, in this coffee shop, with varying menus, the staff are kind treatment with customers, the outdoor tables are good sometimes some noise from big ventilation fan near the tables.

The only reason I deducted a star was because this place is expensive! For 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches we paid $42 before tip. I will say the chai latte is delicious and the breakfast sandwiches are yummy and a good size.
