Now called "Crenshaw Car Wash - CBG" .This is a full service car wash that is under new ownership. Exterior and interior options of all kinds, from headlight restoration to leather detailing. Both The Manager and Head Operator at The Wash made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. They've trained there pit crew properly and work as a team. They got some pretty nasty soda stains out my child made and what I thought was a permanent scratch off. Defiantly a good place to come get your car wash if you want it done right.

If it weren't for the three ol swells sitting out in front of the place able and willing to engage with me in some conversation I don't think I'd gave much to say about this place.  

But...

Since they did it gets a solid three stars in my book because the moment was memorable.

I just met the owner and he is disrespectful. I spent $21 for the gold package car wash. After letting him know that the way he treats his employees is demeaning (doesn't even provide them with a uniform so you have no clue who is on staff), leaving my car unattended after it got washed (dry water spots started to appear so I decided to get in my car and drive around the facility to look for someone to dry my car) and letting him know the way he talks to customers is rude, his response was, "I don't have to be here for this!" Wow!? Really?!!  When I approached him, I spoke to him in a respectful manner and kept my composure after his response, but that doesn't matter to him. Treat others as you wanted to be treated, right?! If the owner doesn't feel he has to be there to handle the customers questions and concerns then why did he take on the responsibility of owning this establishment? You know it's bad when the employees have to apologize for the owner's behavior. My expectations were low, but he lowered the bar. His staff and the customers in this community deserve better. He is not a reflection of the hard working people in this community. To the cashier and the two people who took take care of my car, God bless you. I will NOT spend money at this establishment again! $21 lesson learned!

Awful.  And I didn't come into it with high expectations, I just wanted the basic "drive through" car wash.

Guy leading me into the wash was insanely rude and almost impossible to find.  He kept on screaming at me to get off the brake, when I wasn't on the break.  He finally acknowledged he was looking at my tail lights.  No apology.

Just no clear communication, no idea of customer service.  Never going back.

It gets a two star for the guy who dried my car afterwards.  I wish I had his name, but no nametag.  He was just wearing a shirt saying, "I work here!"  Very pleasant and did a good job.

Terrible job, for some reason it takes two and a half hours to get a enterior shampoo. I'm completely unsatisfied with the results. As an Uber driver my riders are complaining about the job that was or should I say wasn't done.
