I went to this place because of the amazing reviews on Google. I however did not receive a 5-star experience. It was a very unfriendly environment. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, maybe because it was a Monday? I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment and left almost 2 hours later for just a regular cleaning.  I found it odd that my cleaning consisted of only a high powered water tool (not sure of the official name). A dental pick and floss was not used at all during my cleaning. Then after my cleaning the dentist told me to floss daily lol ironic. It felt very rushed and impersonal.

Very disappointed with crescent dental use to be a great place could get reg  dentistry done for the whole family and otho all at the same place but now every time we go in we r there forever they can't schedule our appts correctly twice I have showed up for my sons ortho appt and they don't have him scheduled even though I have an appt card with that day and time and even though it's there mistake they can't squeeze him in they rescheduled us no sorry nothing they don't care at all! I think he's on dr #  4  or 5 since he got his braces on!

The worse teeth cleaning I have ever gotten, more so, they will charge you a fluoride topical on your teeth for $19 due to certain ages. I have never been to a dentist office where they charge for anything for a biannual cleaning. I, just like the user comment below, went because of the high reviews but did not feel that my experience was close to what it is on Google. Just cleaning teeth with a water pick and topical is ridiculous, still have plague on edges of teeth.

Great staff!! Dr. Chau was very sweet and made sure I wasn't in too much pain while working on my fillings! Definitely recommend!!
