I live across the country and wanted to make sure my mom knew I was thinking of her on her birthday. I called to place my order and they were out of the daisies that were in the arrangement I selected but the woman I spoke with assured me she would fill in the arrangement to make it beautiful and it was! Mom was so happy when she recieved her flowers! Thanks for helping me make this day special for her!

I have filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General’s office against Crescent Floral & Gifts.

In mid-January, I placed an on-line order for an arrangement to be delivered to a hospital. The arrangement was to be made of purple flowers with a silver base. About an hour after making the order, I received a phone call from one of the florists. She informed me that they did not have the purple flowers or the silver vase in stock. She offered to make me a different arrangement. I declined and asked her to cancel the order, which she said she would. The order was never canceled, and I was charged $68 for arrangement that was never created or delivered. I proceeded to call back about a refund three times. I received lip service and empty promises about a refund. Finally, about a month later, I filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General. Now, over two months later, I have still not received a refund.

Crescent Floral & Gifts is so outrageous that they have ignored the attorney general’s requests for input and information on the matter.
