i almost never post reviews for businesses, but seeing a negative review of a business and owner that i absolutely LOVE broke my heart.  If I could give Tom more than 5 stars, I would.  I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I would recommend him WITHOUT reservation to anyone!!!

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to! They have the worst customer service!! I went there twice and never again! The first time the owner was a little rude to me, but the second time I went he returned a silk dress to be with a bead melted on the back. He then blamed me, and told me it was my fault, when I told him that I knew what the dress looked like before and that the stain was new, he proceeded to yell at me told me I was a stupid liar. I managed to make it out of the store before crying, but this is not a good place to go! The owner is rude, and he has no respect for his customers! His customers are what are paying his bills and he should have more respect.
