The service here is always amazing! Travis was our salesman & he was great....didn't push to buy & answered all our questions. He was very eager to show us the campers WE were interested in. Penny, the financial officer, was very nice to. She said she would have ALL our details within 2-3 days & would answer any other questions we had yo help us get exactly what we wanted. This will be our 2nd Jay Feather we buy from here if it all works out 🙂

Good selection of RVs to view.  Helpful sales staff.  Parts area could use a little attitude adjustment but the service department makes up for that.  Schedule repairs ahead of time.   Back-logged typically.  Receptionist in the service area is really good offering help with simple questions.  My thermostat decided one day to flip over to celsius (sp?) one day with the help of my husband.   Did you know all that is required is holding down the longer selection button for a few seconds and it will flip right back to Fahrenheit.

By far the worst customer service experience from a Service Department I've ever had in my life!!! Brought my new RV in for it's first checkup and was told it would take 2 weeks to complete 7 weeks later and only after a call to the General Manager did I get my RV back. Not  once in 7 weeks did my Service Adviser Mike call me with an update.  I called to check the status 3 weeks after I dropped it  off and was told they hadn't even started on it . I then asked why wasn't I informed they  were backed up so I could have set up an appointment when actually could have worked on my RV in a timely manner. Mike informed me they don't work off of appointments and if I didn't like it I could just come get my RV. When I finally did get to pick up my RV I was informed it was out in the lot  and I could just go out there and find it and inspect it  myself and then come back in and sign off on the repairs.My battery was completely dead so I could not complete this inspection. The service adviser informed me this was normal and I could just plug it into my vehicle and it would recharge itself.

This place is horrible. They are scam artist and only want your money. They sell absolute junk and talk it up and sell fancy extra warranties and if you want them to fix something good luck even getting a hold of anyone. All they do is sales and they sell junk. Brand new shiny expensive junk. It's the worst think I have ever put my name on.

Be careful buying a RV here. They're happy to take your money but once you drive off the lot your on your own. Service Department and warranty department is non-existent. We have called several times but can't get anyone to even call back. Major leak in motor home that is under 2 years old and still under warranty. Their tour of the motor home is suspect too. No mention of checking seals every 6 months on roof as required by warranty. Areas on roof not sealed by manufacturer when constructed.
