I am extremely disappointed with my purchase at Crestwood Auto Sales (Center) at 2301 N Lombardy St Richmond, VA 23220. I have never dealt with anyone more inconsiderate as Phillip Williams and Chris Cropp. They will FRAUD you and start waving the "As is" sign in your face. I’ve read they used to do the same thing in DC/Maryland area, but now they are here in Richmond VA; running away from all the pain they have caused in DC.  Stay away from this place, or you will regret it. The vehicles they are selling have MAJOR issues, not dependable, and their transactions are not legal. They will manipulate paper work and lie for a bigger profit. They are probably still operating under their old address at 1736C Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington, DC 20018. Please do your homework and Beware. I have lost thousands of dollars. I would hate to see anyone else go through the pain I had to endure. I felt so helpless.

Crestwood sold me a piece of junk insured it would pass inspection and it didnt. I paid $3,800 for a suv and for starters when i got to the lot it was no the picture of the suv he sent me. The car ran fine while driving it home and the next day started having a ton of issues. The only good side is when i told Phillip that the car would not pass inspection he did a trade out and gave me a different car but the car was cheaper and he would give me the rest of my money back which was $200 and i still have yet to see that money. He carried on a good sales pitch through text and phone calls but was not at the lot to make the sale or refund me the money that is owed to me. THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING JOKE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THESE CLOWNS.

PHILLP WILLIAMS (CRESTWOOD  DEALERSHIP) HE IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZE TO SALE ANY VECHILE IN D.C. I GOUNF THIS OUT AFTER PURCHASE.  HE SOLD ME A 2000 INFINITY QX4. I PAID MORE THAN IT'S WORTH!!!!!!!
I PAID $2,879 FOR THE TRUCK WHEN I TRADED IT IN THE DEALERSHIP SAID IT WAS ONLY WORTH $540 TO $800 DOLLARS. I HAD THE TRUCK FOR A MONTH. IT HAD A LOT OF MECHANICAL ISSUES MORE A WEEK AFTER PURCHASING. DON'T NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FEOM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS LOOKING FOR A QUICK BUCK $,$$$ THEY SOLD ME A CAR AND I TEST DROVE IT AND EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE I KNEW SOMETHING WAS FISHY BECAUSE HE WANTED 4600 FOR IT BUT WHEN I OFFERED 3800 HE ACT LIKE HE NEEDED A MINUTE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL HOPPED ON THE PHONE FOR EXACTLY ONE SECOND AND SAID IT WAS MINE THE OFFICE IS FULL OF WOMEN DRINKING AND TRYING TO ASSURE YOU THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR AND IF IT WAS BRING IT BACK THEY WILL FIX IT NO PROBLEM THE OFFICE IS NASTY AND THE DRINK BEER WHILE CONDUCTING BUISNESS LONG STORY SHORT I ALREADY HAD TO REPLACE THE POWER STEERING HOSE $300 WITHIN THE SECOND DAY OF HAVING THE CAR I TOOK IT BACK UP THERE AND THE MAN WHO SOLD IT TO ME TOLD ME HE COULDNT TALK TO ME AND TOLD ME TO TALK TO ANOTHER MAN WHO SAID I DONT KNOW WHY THE FLUID KEEPS GETTING LOW...WHEN ALL THE WHILENHE KNEW AND DIDINT CARE I EXPLAINED TO HIM IT KEPT LOCKING UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND HE DID NOT CARE I ALSO HAD  TO GET A NEW ALTERNATOR $280. I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A WEEK
