The Lakehouse is one of my favorite places for a bite and a good mixed drink.   Right in front of the trail with a lake view, relaxed ambient and great service.  Very good grilled burgers and sandwiches, and the best Long Island Tea in town.  They are open for breakfast too, so stop by after your morning jog. Bring your furry babies, dogs are welcome! After a bike ride, a jog or a walk with your dog or your entire dog fleet, come over for food and drinks. They have live music on weekends during the summer and early fall.

I have always loved this place. Beautiful venue and fun vibe. The food has always been decent. Until today. A gorgeous October day, perfect for sitting at an outside table to gaze out at the lake and watch the folks on the trail. My lunch was horrible. Grilled cheese and tomato sandwich and fries. This should be difficult to mess up. The fries and bread tasted distinctly of freezer burn. Zero crunch. Cold. Yuck. I left  three fourths of it. They were very busy, but then they usually are, so no excuse. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I will return because I usually enjoy this place very much. But if the food doesn't improve a lot, I will stick to a bottled beer after my walk around the lake and eat elsewhere.

Recently, we hosted our 20 Year High School Reunion at The Lakehouse. 
This location was perfect - outdoors and a very fun vibe!
Our entire experience was awesome.

Beth and the rest of the staff were friendly and very attentive to our guests. 
The pricing is set right and our party was a huge success, thanks to the unique location and amazing staff.

Fun to stop at after riding the bike trail. Food okay, not the best. If it's all about being outdoors and relaxing, it's good.

Great venue. It's peaceful to sit outside by the lake. Food is really good. And they have some gluten free items on their menu.
