This is the absolute worst phone company ever I just bought a new phone haven't had it a month and it just stopped working wouldn't let me answer any calls or anything I went to their store and they did nothing to help me I had to call two different numbers just to actually talk to someone about the phone  I explained to them I had to have a phone cause my dad in the Nursing home and that's the only way they have to get a hold of me.  They told me to take it to the nearest UPS store and they would look at it and mail it to them now what is the purpose of the UPS store looking at it they have nothing to do with the phone. So Cricket could care less if something happened to my father. At the first of the year I will change my phone service.  You should be able to take the phone back to where you bought it. Not have to take it the UPS and wait for them to mail you one back.  I did not drop my phone nor does it have water damage.  I will never recommend Cricket to anyone.  If something was to happen to my father and the Nursing home can't get a hold of me I will sue Cricket.  Absolutely the worse phone service.  I had Alcatel Pulse Mix which the people at Cricket said it was a good phone yea right.

I moved to Al 2 years ago i was living in the country and never got service until i switched to Cricket i go to the location all the time to make my payments and shop at the stores next to it. the staff there are always so nice and helpful
