Went in this weekend to get a new phone, was hesitant due to going there a year ago and the staff had been horribly rude, but the new staff was AMAZING!!  They knew what they were talking about, was extremely quick to get new phone and one transferred.  Jackie is the new manager and she was extremely pleasant to work with and the Regional Manager was great as well.  Definitely will go back to keep local business instead of Nashville which I did in the past.

They have good quality phones and great plans. I got 4 free phones plus saved $100 a month! And they actually have unlimited data!

Cricket is now part of att  no contract  phone's  several prices for usage runs on att towers for better coverage.
