For 75 years Crisafulli Bros. has provided plumbing, heating and air conditioning design, installation, service and scheduled maintenance to our residential and commercial clientele.

Founded in 1939, Crisafulli Bros. now spans three generations combining the pride and craftsmanship you expect from a locally owned and operated family business with the resources and knowledge available from a large national company.

With over 100 employees and a fleet of 70 vehicles, we are one of the largest mechanical contracting companies in the Capital District. We have set the standard for Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning craftsmanship in the area. We're honored to have been voted the "Best Of" in the Times Union Readers poll for the last 9 years straight!

Holy heck had these guys give me two bids for two separate things that needed to be done at my property. First bid was $2,000 to replace a bent pip that was fully exposed and to do a reno to 2 small bathrooms 5ft by 7ft they gave me a bid for $11,300. 30% higher than what other people budded. Not sure about their work but I was like yea...no thanks!

Asked me to pay about $400 for my thermostat replacement (under Lennox warranty) that did take 5-7 minutes. After conversation with manager and Alan Ayers VP reduced to $180 so still bit expensive for 5 minutes

From the quote to the installation the service was excellent. the installation was flawless and house left clean and tidy, best in the business

I would like to commend your company for the recent changes, and for hiring Kelly, as she goes over and above to satisfy and retain your customers with prompt service and sending the right people for the task at hand, saving us money as well. Poor, dishonest service. They're only interested in getting you to buy a new furnace. Here's what happened: My gas furnace wasn't blowing hot air, so I contacted Crisafulli for service. The service guy said it was an ignitor problem so he went to his truck to get a new one. When he came back, he changed his story and said that actually it was a problem with the inducer motor. He didn't have one and since it was after 5:00pm. he couldn't get a hold of the parts department, so he called the manufacturer. While waiting for the callback, he advises me that I'll most likely have to buy a new furnace anyways since it's over 20 years old. He seemed pressured for time to go to his next appointment, so he said that he would contact me when he hears back from the manufacturer about the replacement motor. Ok fine. 10 minutes after he left, I get a call from him informing me that the model of the motor is no longer made. At this point I'm resigned to having to buy a new furnace, so I make an appointment with a Crisafulli comfort specialist, i.e. sales guy. Next day I get a second opinion from another vendor who said that he could get a replacement for the motor. But before going that route, he did a thorough inspection to see if there's a different issue. Turns out nothing was wrong with the motor or anything else with the furnace! It stopped blowing hot air because some birds crawled into the exhaust pipe thus obstructing the inducer motor. Never again, Crisafulli Bros. I want my money back.
