Wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was very friendly. As someone that is vegan and has dairy and peanut allergies, I always feel so grateful when I get to dine somewhere without any concerns. My only complaint is that I wish the portions had been a little bit bigger. Will definitely be going back soon!
We were looking for vegan food and found this cute little place. Almost everything on the menu has a vegan option. Lots of vegetarian because they can’t get away without using eggs in some things. Cristy and her husband own and run the place. He is the one who greets you when you come in and will tell you everything you want to know about the food. They’re from Peru, so they have alfajores, empanadas, alfajor cake, and chicha morada that’s that purple drink in the pic. Everything they serve is organic. We’ll definitely go back.
SO incredibly glad this place exists and that my partner found it. Peruvian owned is the cherry on top. The pot pies are so scrumptious and warm on this cold day. I loved the sandwich chicken sandwich with jackfruit they are incredibly accommodating and you can tell they really care about the whole essence of this whole place. I’m truly grateful that this place exists
We came in here for the first time last week and it won’t be our last. The atmosphere here was very warm & welcoming. I had their pecan jackfruit sandwich and purple chicha drink & both were so delicious. Recommend this place 10/10 — you won’t be disappointed!
First of all, everything my family ordered with jackfruit was insanely good. The vegan bread was amazing too. The owner is so kind and warm, I love the environment, and again the food was 10/10! So vegan friendly but also meat options so my husband could eat too : Looking forward to being a regular.Food: 5/5
Small cafe setup with great atmosphere and extensive menu. Great for brunch and excellent for vegans. Bright and cozy. Walking distance to Canton St. Will definitely go back. A little pricey for the portions but overall with it. Had the quinoa salad, apple crumble bar, and coffee. All fresh and delicious. Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian and vegan options that are CLEARLY labeled, but also great options for our meat-eating dining partners. Dietary restrictions: Great for vegans and vegetarians. Parking: Free parking lot in the back.
An incredible place for lunch on a beautiful day. The owner was very friendly and informative. The Peruvian Ham sandwich was unbelievable! Be sure to try the purple chicha! We came back later for dessert. The vegan cocoa cupcake was delicious, as well.
This is a must for anyone with dietary restrictions- gluten free and dairy free on every menu item. But, it is the best food in town. The pot pies are incredible, pizza as well. We always leave with three bakery items to take home. Friendly, family owned and run restaurant. Vegetarian options: Most every item on menu can be prepared vegetarian and vegan. Dietary restrictions: Every item dairy free and gluten free. Lots of vegan options.
I love this place! Delicious food served with a smile and comfortable indoor or outdoor seating in a charming renovated house. Everything here is gluten-free and dairy-free, but they do serve meat. This makes it the perfect place for a gluten-free vegan like me and my omnivore husband. My favorite is the spinach asparagus pot pie. It seems small for the price, but it is so nutrient dense that I'm full after I eat half of it. This is a great place for local high quality food. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is not only vegetarian but vegan because there is no dairy. You can get meat, if you want, but most of the menu is vegan. Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten-free and dairy-free! Parking: 3 parking spots in front of the house and a larger lot behind it Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating indoors and out in a comfortable atmosphere so it's perfect for kids
Wow! My wife and I visited for brunch and had our taste buds blown away. She is diary-free and gluten-free and there are very few places where she can get lots of options. The food at this place not only met those needs but was really tasty with Peruvian flavors throughout. I’d highly recommend visiting whether you have dietary needs or just for the tastes! Can say enough good about the food and the service. We’ll be back for sure.
