We went in looking for a baby stuff, and we were extremely impressed by there staff, her name was Eunbi. She was such a good employee we have ever seen. She was so friendly, kind and had great knowledge about their products. My wife and I felt that we got a fully well treated from her. It was such a long time to have great service. We really appreciate of her efforts.

We went in looking for a stroller and car seat and we're extremely impressed by the service we received. Tracey gave us a really thorough overview and demo of the strollers they had and knew their products inside and out. We ended up buying both stroller and car seat from here based on the advice we received and are really happy and confident in our choice thanks to Tracey. Will definitely go back here for any future baby related purchases!

This a very nice baby store. Always great window displays, and items to view. The salesperson was graceful and helpful.

Me and my husband had a great experience shopping at this store. We initially stopped by in August to browse for stroller, car seat and a few other baby related items. After visiting a few other local baby stores, we were quite upset with how pushy and disorganized some of them are. It was very different at Crocodile Baby Yaletown! Not even once did we feel pressured to buy or judged on our choices. We were given plenty of personal space to make our own decisions and browse around. Also, the prices are very competitive to online stores. Gizelle, the store manager, was very knowledgable, honest and friendly. She answered our questions in informative manner and gave us plenty of options. We placed an order for Uppa Baby stroller, car seat, bassinet and a few other items. ALL items arrived about 6 weeks later, as promised. Gizelle called us and we were able to pick them up within 1 hour! We are very impressed with how smooth and well organized our experience was! They even offer complementary stroller assembly and tune up at Crocodile Baby! Highly recommend, make sure you ask for Gizelle!

Unfortunately this is the closest baby store to me and I do have to go from time to time when I need something quick, otherwise I make it a point to buy anywhere else. This location has very poor customer service and staff can sometimes seem flat out rude. I really expected a much higher level of service from such an expensive boutique baby store. The other day I went in to buy an outfit I'd seen a couple times before but been unable to find in any other stores. I mulled over going in to buy yet another item from a store who seems as they couldn't care less about my patronage. Luckily for me, I was immediately shoed out of the store for having an ice cream cone I'd gotten next door. My mother and I had stood outside the front door eating our ice cream until they were below the cone level (to be polite and make sure not to make a drip) but nope- the woman said the the owner doesn't allow this and I'll need to go. Well you lost yourself a sale, again.
