Went in to get a few things. 5 or 6 people standing around doing nothing then guy starts staring at me weirdly. I guess the store was about to close and he was just ready to go. Got our stuff and gf went back to return pool test strips cause got salt water instead of non salt. Tried to walk back in store and the guy just pointed to the store hours sign through the glass and wasn't going to let me back in when I JUST walked out... Other guy said he has someone in here still so was let back in to make the exchange. Horrible customer service....

I shop here all the time and have always had a very good experience.  Polite people, good service, and they have one of just about everything you'll need.  Nursery area is very very small, but hoping that will change.

Usually a good location, but 1 bad experience is such a dampner. While they display their store hours they fail to display the fact that they no longer mix paint 15 minutes prior to closing... and all I wanted were a pair of testers. Sure, I understand it...but... If your open , EVERYTHING should be open. I think the kids working just didn't want to stay late. Speculation of course, but a disappointed customer will draw his own conclusions and assumptions.

As I pulled up to the store, the first thing I see is an employee smoking outside by the patio section. That is inappropriate for any business.  As I enter the store, I'm greated with "Whatcha need?" How about a friendly greeting? I said that I needed air filters.  I go to the back and all of the filters are $12.99. Another employee walks up and I comment about the price.  He says, "well you have an odd-ball size".  I pointed out ALL of the filters are $12.99.  As I leave, the grumpy guy up front asked if I found what I wanted.  I told him yes, but I'm not payin that price.  The guy acted dismissive and defensive and said, they are 90 day filters.  Sorry, still cheaper at Lowes.  I just paid $6.97 for 90 day filters.  As a business owners, if you are going to charge TWICE as much, at least be nice about it.  I would rate my experience less that 1 star if that was an option.  This store will be out of business soon with this type management / ownership.   Sad.
