Michael Griffin and Jason Rivera provided exceptional service for our HVAC system. They were punctual, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. Their expertise and professionalism ensured the job was done to a high standard. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Mercury was on time and very helpful fixing our broken a/c. While expensive our motor burned out he was able to finish the repair in one day. Thanks also to the dispatcher and parts crew who were able to find a local part that let him finish. We had a positive experience with everyone we came in contact with - from the initial call to our service technician.

David arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the issue as a faulty outlet for my HVAC. He communicated well and clearly to let me know that a part would need to be ordered and another appointment scheduled. He said he would try to expedite the process as it is summer and uncomfortable for my tenant to delay the repair. He offered a maintenance plan, which I did purchase. David was friendly and efficient. Thank you, David!

Mr. William, Mr. Donnell and Mr. Carlos did an Excellent job on replacing my leaking copper plumbing lines throughout my home. They were customer friendly and professional. The both technicians came and did an excellent job of putting in my air conditioner and water heater today. They were both respectful, knowledgeable and answered my questions. God bless them both.

He did a great job, he knows his stuff!:- it would appear that whoever did the maintenance a few months ago must’ve left the lower door on the unit not securely closed, which caused humidity to build up. He was able to correct it. Hope it stays working.

Excellent service. They were able to get me in same-day for our HVAC, and called later to apologize that the tech would be later than expected. Then, the tech arrived sooner than indicated, and quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed the issue. I have used them several times, and they've always delivered on quality
