Let’s face it, working out alone is no fun. At CrossFit 100, you will get more than just a great workout, you will find community.

Story

CrossFit 100 is a fitness place, offering group and individual sessions, where the coaching, training and programming is centered on the CrossFit philosophy and methodology. That is, our focus is on workouts that are constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity and scalable to your fitness level. Constantly varied means every day you’ll tackle a new or different workout. Functional movements are the normal movements your body goes through in life like running, lifting, squatting, shoving and pulling. We want to help you find your intensity while making sure the workouts you are doing are manageable based on your individual capabilities. We also incorporate this same methodology into our other programs such as CrossFit Kids and Endurance.

Our workouts are designed to prepare you for any of life’s actual physical demands. We understand that those demands include helping a friend move or shoveling the snow or catching your bus at the next stop. That’s why you’ll have workouts that involve throwing and jumping or lifting and running. That’s also why you won’t find weight machines and sections of elliptical machines and treadmills. What you will see is space to run, jump, squat and lift. The equipment you’ll find are pull-up bars, weighted balls, kettlebells and barbells.

Also, life does not demand only one type of activity or movement. Our fitness programming does not concentrate only on running endurance or only on power and strength. We constantly vary our workouts to give you a better overall fitness so that you have increased capability of a broader range of movements and activities. More specifically, our programming develops and improves your body’s physical ability across ten standards of fitness: cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. This leaves you better prepared for anything physical that life throws at you, including sport and recreation activity.

I really loved coming to CrossFit100. I felt challenged and sweat more than any other exercise I've done before! The community of people is wonderful and supportive and the coaches really know their stuff! Everyone is helpful. Unfortunately, I had an injury that put me on hold, but Marcela was very accommodating and helped me with my situation so I didn't lose out on money. Highly recommended.

I worked out at Crossfit 100 several times while visiting from Oregon. It is a welcoming box, with nice equipment, hard workouts, and friendly people. I would definitely join this gym if I lived locally and plan to go to it whenever I am in the area.

I love this gym and everything about it. I go five times a week. The workouts are challenging and are suitable for teens and older folks like me (mid 50's). All the trainers/coaches are very safety minded and there is no pressure to exceed your limitations. Don't be intimidated by the barbell lifts. They are challenging and fun! Most of all they are incredibly good for you!
