CrossFit 424 changed my perspective on CrossFit 100%, I was terrified to start at a new place with new individuals with something I had never tried. When I walked through the 424 doors in January 2016 that was my first time ever doing CrossFit. Kevin and the other coaches do an amazing job at making the workouts fit the individual abilities! The coaches challenge you through their workouts while keeping you safe. The 424 community is supportive and feels like family.

I've been at 424 for almost 2 years now and I am all in! I enjoy the workouts, the coaching is top-notch, and I've made gains I never would have expected in my fitness. However, the best part about CrossFit 424 is the people. The friendships I've made are worth every minute of pain & exhaustion!

I've been attending Crossfit 424 for just over 3 months now. I didn't know exactly what to expect from this place and had heard the misgivings of some folks about crossfit so I was hesitant about getting started. I can tell you I couldn't be happier about my experience with 424 and the results I'm getting. The coaches are all excellent and take the time to give clear instructions to help and guide you as you progress. Kevin the owner is always open to answering questions (I had a lot of them). Any doubts I had about crossfit don't exist at this gym. The great part is you can do this no matter where your current fitness level is. They take the time to explain scaling options for the workouts and the people working out with you are happy you're there. It doesn't matter if your lifting 10 lbs or 100 lbs, you get the same enthusiasm from everyone. It's an inclusive place that will push you to your limits, make you happy you're doing it and have you coming back for more.

Crossfit 424 found me in a vulnerable point of my life.  I was immediately taken in as one of their own, and quickly became part of the Crossfit 424 family.  My strength has grown, and I have learned things to amp my nutrition.  Highly recommend Crossfit 424 to anyone in the area.
