I was in town from NYC and had to get a WOD in. Cozy gym, great coaching (some good weightlifting technique during class - loved the stuff on ankle flexibility) and some really nice members. It was a 5:30pm class. Stopping in tomorrow to check out the early morning class before I depart town! I think it’s a go if you are looking for a good spot to visit while in town. 👊

Excellent gym!  Aaron, Emily, and the other trainers were great. Very knowledgeable about proper technique and used a lot of positive reinforcement.  In just a month I greatly improved my form as well as my endurance.  The workouts were challenging and fun for everyone.   The gym itself was well organized and very clean.   The members were welcoming and encouraging.  I highly recommend this gym!

I hate every minute of this class, just kidding. I am a new member and am loving the workout I am pushed and structured which is what I need. I am excited to see results . I can say I will never go back to a regular gym again. Thank you Aaron for making me love to workout.

I was member of CFA for little more than a year and loved it. The head coach/owner Aaron, knows more about olympic lifting than you would find at a standard crossfit gym and also Coach Jeff specializes in olympic lifting making this a very olympic lift heavy gym. Gymnastic movements and cardio is not a big part of the programming here but much of that stuff can be done during open gym. The best part about this gym was the experience of the coaches and training for a very reasonable price. Many other gyms in the area have better facilities but the coaches are not as experienced or are the type to just put up a workout, set the timer, and yell at you for time. Definitely give CFA a try but I highly recommend doing the one month trial then seeing how much it has impacted your daily life before trying to make a solid decision.

I stopped in to CF Anaheim on a recent vacation in California and had an awesome time! It was a weekend, early in the morning so the gym was empty which was great because my friend and I got all the attention of Aaron (the owner) for our squat and WOD. We have been CrossFitting for almost two years and are always learning from new coaches and Aaron was no exception with very helpful cues and some new tidbits for the both of us. Would while heartedly recommend this box to anyone who's in the area or passing through.
