I was in Brantford for business and wanted to grab a workout at CrossFit Brantford at the end of my day. George, one of the owners made me feel welcome as did the rest of the Brantford crew in the gym that day. It is a great gym, with good people (many who helped me get through the workout since I was the last one done) and the programming looks great. Thanks for the hospitality. Tim T.

George and his team are top-notch trainers and a pleasure to work with, even for novices like me. Crossfit can be intimidating for beginners, but the trainers are right there to make sure you push your limits safely. Great workout with a great group. Thanks guys!! I will be back!
