Dropped in recently and right off the bat felt like home away from home. David greeted me as soon as I walked in and introduced me to the class. Very friendly and encouraging atmosphere and I'll definitely swing by again!

A year ago, this was the first crossfit gym I was ever introduced to and now I'm hooked! I'm so glad I tried it out! The coaches go above and beyond to make sure you are doing any lifts safely and with good form but still push you to go way past what you think is possible. Such a great environment and an amazing place to work out! :)

I was extremely scared of joining a CrossFit gym or any gym really. I had seen the games, or clips of it, and was really afraid that I would not be good enough. I was, by nature, not any sort of athlete. When I started I had just come off smoking a pack of cigarettes a day for ten years. I could not run, at a slow pace, a 250 meter without having to walk part of it. I was never belittled or made to feel bad for not being able to do anything. I noticed in the class that everyone was at their own level. As time went on I have been able to do more and more of the movements. I get encouragement from Coach Mike and the other people that attend. We all help each other get better. Even now when someone starts new and have problems running a short distance I can tell them how only a short time ago I could not run at all. The box (gym) has all of the equipment that you need. The programming is varied and allows you to get stronger, faster, and more flexible. I recommend a drop in or a community class to any one that might be interested. CrossFit Brave has been one of the major life changing "events" in my life when I look back at the changes that it has helped me make.
