I joined this gym 5 years ago just before turning 40.   It's been 5 years now.  Its not for the weak minded, it's tough but it changes you.  A good supportive group of like minded individuals.  
Be smart, listen to the coaches and learn the proper technique to avoid getting injured.  
Best thing I ever did.

Awesome box. The athletes here take crossfit to the next level. The programming is great, always keeping you coming back for more. Daily schedule has frequent classes to fit into my hectic schedule. 
Coaches are on top of their game, checking your form, and inspiring your progress. Check it out for yourself, this place is the real deal.
