Love this place! Very friendly environment and the coaches are awesome and such an inspiration. The workouts always stay exciting since they are so dynamic, and really push you to be your strongest self. Definitely recommend trying out a class.

Excellent gym, helpful and supportive coaches, always welcoming no matter what your level is, fun workouts that are always changing, great sense of community, love this place!

Great place. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and know how to work with each individual. They were able to create a good routine for me even when I was recovering from injury (as well as my girlfriend).

The environment is fantastic. It's a good community of people of a variety of ages that are inclusive and never judge. There's always solid banter and everyone has a great attitude.

Beginners through advanced will be happy here.

This is a great CrossFit gym. It was my first encounter with CrossFit and made a great first impression. The coaches go through all movements before you do them yourself and are willing to modify anything you do not feel comfortable doing. Josh and Ashley are the most friendly coaches out of the other CrossFit gyms I have trialed. I would say to try them out and you won't be disappointed. It will be your home away from home.

CrossFit Iron Industry has helped me grow so much as an athlete.  The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, making it a welcoming environment for novice and experienced Cross-fit folks.  I constantly feel challenged to push myself to new limits, and have so much fun in the process!  Try it out, you will not be disappointed!
