I've been Crossfitting for 6 years. Dropped in while visiting Atlanta and it was a great experience. Nice facility, good programming and very welcoming community. Chris has a great thing going and is a very knowledgeable coach who clearly pays close attention to detail from a fitness and nutrition standpoint. I will be back anytime I visit Atl and highly recommend to anyone both living there or visiting.

I have been a member of CrossFit Kennesaw for a year, and I have enjoyed every single minute of my time with them.  The coach's dedication to their members is extremely refreshing. It embodies the "community" mind set  that everyone talks about when they describe CrossFit.  They have pushed me to be a better version of myself and for that I am grateful.  The gym offers great programming, fantastic coaches, a fun atmosphere, and an overall sense of family.

I joined CFK about 4 months ago. This is one of the best facilities I have had the pleasure to work out in. The coaches are fantastic and give a lot of feedback; you can tell they care and are psyched to be there. The owner, Chris, does a great job of organizing events-- competitions, clinics, skills sessions. Great community with some of the best members. I love the energy here.

Couldn't be happier with my choice to start working out here! Everyone from the coaches to everyone that i work out with has been helpful and encouraging to me. The coaches are extremely helpful and have helped me improve my form on all my lifts since starting three months ago.
