This is by far the best gym you will go to. Everyone from staff to members are there to support you. You will not regret signing up and reaching your goals.

I am writing this review as a drop-in to the box. My husband and I dropped in while visiting my Aunt and Uncle for Thanksgiving. It is always tough to decide which Crossfit gym to choose. I looked on Yelp! and Google, comparing schedules and the websites. My husband sent a Facebook message to the CFLM business page and received a response almost immediately. The message was warm and welcoming, thanking us for our military service and letting us know we could come by for any available class. We attended the 0900 on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The 0800 was finishing up. Every member, the coaches, and the owner were kind - offering us smiles and asking where we were visiting from. From start to finish the class was run efficiently with excellent coaching. It is so nice to be able to visit a box and be made to feel like it is a home away from home. We will visit CFLM every time we are in the area and recommend anyone looking for a great box do the same!

I got to know about crossfit workouts from a friend who didn't need to do much talking about its positives. His 6 month body transformation and sprint improvements in our soccer games motivated me to give it a try. At CFLM they have a great way of getting newbies smoothly into regular classes with their 6 week challenge program or Personal classes. The coaches are awesome, really pay attention to your technique and form to make sure there are no injuries. Their solid experience also shows in the detailed instructions for the workouts and the importance given to warm up sessions. Plus the group workouts!! The community is so welcoming, you need not worry about where your fitness capacity currently is, as you will be surprised by how the community pulls together to improve your health, both mind and body. I feel great physically and mentally. If you want to do Crossfit, you can't go wrong with CFLM!

This facility is money driven; more focused on bringing in positive reviews on Facebook to bring in more clients as opposed to getting true results. I strongly recommend selecting another CrossFit location. Lastly, if you're looking for a place to do crossfit where you feel like family, this is "not" the place.

Great coaches and atmosphere I love how them keep me motivated to achieve my goals, everyone at the gym is very friendly and great family atmosphere. I would recommend Lake Mary Crossfit to everyone
