CrossFit Loudoun is such a positive place to train.  Excellent programming.  The owners and coaches really take the time to listen to your wants and needs and then deliver.  It feels like one big family.  I am becoming a more well rounded athlete since joining 8 months ago.  Super bonus is that they added childcare to the 9:30 am class so that I can have piece of mind while I workout.  As a stay at home mom that is so helpful!  Love this gym!

I absolutely love this place!!  It honestly feels like you are working out with family and everyone is encouraging and wants to see you succeed.  The coaches know what they are talking about (SO IMPORTANT)!!  Another plus is that it is kid friendly!  My son has taken the Youth Ninja classes and loves them!   Thanks Janice and Casey for starting such an awesome place!

If you're looking for a great Crossfit gym in the Loudoun area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. The coaches are excellent. The facility is great, and unique in that there are also ninja obstacles available for you to experience. Most of all, the community here is friendly, welcoming, and fun! This place has quickly become by second home, and I can't recommend it enough!

Janice(JJ) and Casey know exactly how to run a gym! All the coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to help you get the most out of your CrossFit experience. Not to mention the sense of community is amazing! If you like having fun with cool people, while at the same time getting in a solid workout, definitely stop by CrossFit Loudoun. Doesn't matter who you are or where you're from, you'll love it here!
